Corporate and Non-Clinical Talent Recruiter – Reference None

This role is responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality recruitment across Welbeck’s corporate, functional, and operational teams. Every appointment will play a key role in strengthening our culture, enhancing organisational capability, and maintaining compliance as we continue to scale.

Reports to: Head of People & Culture Location: Hybrid – London / HQ Indicative band: Competitive

  • Manage recruitment for corporate and support functions including HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations, Governance, Guest Experience, and Leadership.
  • Partner with functional heads to translate workforce plans into actionable recruitment strategies.
  • Drive direct sourcing to reduce agency reliance and cost per hire.
  • Ensure hiring and onboarding align with UK employment law, CQC expectations, and organisational policy.
  • Deliver a seamless, values-driven experience via Teamtailor and structured interview frameworks.
  • Analyse hiring performance and pipeline data to inform continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to employer branding, careers site content, and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Centres to ensure consistent standards across the business.

Skills and experience

  • Experience recruiting across professional and corporate roles in healthcare, hospitality, or professional services.
  • Excellent understanding of UK employment compliance and data protection.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management capability.
  • Skilled in ATS (Teamtailor) and LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to influence through data and insight.
