An excellent opportunity exists to join this small family team in St Albans. It is an immediate opportunity therefore please do not hesitate in forwarding your CV for earliest consideration. Parking on site or paid for in local car park. Office based, one day work from home after probation. Small team and a lovely office to work in.
- Support financial advisers with case preparation, technical analysis and administration to facilitate the delivery of holistic financial advice to individuals, households and businesses.
- Prepare and maintain client records, including updating fact finds, completing risk profiling, documenting objectives, and supporting suitability assessments.
- Conduct investment and product research using financial planning tools and platforms to support adviser recommendations.
- Assist with pension and investment analysis, including annual allowance calculations and technical product reviews.
- Ideally able to produce or put together suitability reports for simple investments, client reviews, withdrawals, and other ongoing advice requirements.
- Liaise with product providers to obtain policy and scheme information and process client transactions, including withdrawals and fund switches.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure efficient case progression and excellent client service standards.
The following is ideal but not strictly necessary:
- Experience of being able to build and maintain cashflow models.
- Support estate planning activities, including inheritance tax (IHT) calculations, trust administration, and intergenerational wealth planning.
