OneWay Recruit is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to own the end-to-end UK payroll for two entities, ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with UK legislation. The role is hybrid (Hayes Middlesex) with a collaborative HR and Finance team of around 220 staff.

You’ll lead payroll processing, compliance, audits, and reporting, leveraging Workday, with strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication.
