We are seeking a dedicated, proactive and enthusiastic Customer Care Aftersales Advisor to join our motor trade service team. Your role will be to build relationships with our customers and talk to them to find out about their experience with us and to get honest feedback so if needed we can improve our customer care. This is a new role and one we want to be pivotal within the business and make sure we offer a human connection not a robotic general email. You will need a background in a people focussed industry in a face to face environment, with motor trade experience and you will need a full UK driving licence. You must have motor trade experience for this role.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.30 with 2 Saturday mornings a month 8.30 - 12.30. The full-time role offers a salary of £29,000+ bonus.
Duties:
- Follow up on customer visits to get honest feedback
- Utilise our data entry system to maintain accurate customer records
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, and to pass on all feedback to the management team
- Have excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers
- Collaborate with team members to uphold company standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt in order to meet the evolving needs of our customers
