The Challenge
We're looking for a Principal Solutions Engineer that will report to the Director of Solutions Engineering. In this role, you will drive business development and sales growth on a national scale by providing technical expertise, competitive positioning, and product evaluation across multiple verticals to support prospective customers.
Your Mission
- Serve as technical expert on systems integrations during major sales opportunities, including the preparation and delivery of proposals, RFPs and custom proof‑of‑concept evaluations to demonstrate OneTrust’s integration capabilities to meet client objectives.
- Lead the technical deep dive discussions to architect integrations and advise customers on best practices.
- Support Sales Teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration design options.
- Coordinate with internal R&D, technical integrations, partner integrations teams to influence product capabilities as well as future direction.
- Drive Sales and Marketing efforts in production of high‑quality sales proposals and supporting assets.
- Maintain all sales cycle activities within the Salesforce.com CRM system.

Your Experience Includes
- 8+ years of relevant experience in a Solution Engineering role.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is a nice to have.
- A proven track record of successfully executing customer engagements throughout the customer journey, including discovery, product demonstrations, and proof projects.
- Tangible experience within the software industry is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interfacing with senior leadership and executives.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.
