Overview

OneTrust is defining an entirely new category of software at the cutting edge of AI Governance, Privacy, Risk and next-generation Trust Intelligence. To power this mission, we're looking for a Solutions Consultant Intern to join our SE Center of Excellence (CoE), the engine room behind our global SE teams.

Your Mission

  • Support the full breadth of the SE CoE, across RFX, DemoX, and Value Engineering, reporting to and learning directly from our functional leads. You'll get a rare, end-to-end view of how a world-class pre-sales organization operates.
  • Design, prototype, and launch AI-powered tools and automations that reduce repetitive work and improve the effectiveness/ productivity of our 100+ Solution Engineers.
  • Run in-depth analysis to identify improvement opportunities & co-lead initiatives to develop scalable tools, templates, and best-practice assets for our global SE teams, by collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders across Go-to-Market, Product Management/Marketing.
  • Contribute to competitive engagements alongside our account teams and learn how we win deals. This includes engaging with customers to differentiate OneTrust from other vendors.
  • Assist in translating our customers’ business challenges into solutions within our product portfolio, creating a unique value proposition that only OneTrust can offer. You will develop your skills to showcase the strategic and quantitative value of our solution in every engagement.

You Are

  • Working towards a degree at a renowned university, preferably a program in Technology & Management, Business & Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent program.
  • Curious about AI, and excited by the idea of building tools and automations that solve real problems and scale how teams work.
  • Having prior experience in management consulting, solution engineering, or a similar fast-paced environment, particularly through internships.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous and dynamic situations, actively seeking opportunities to think innovatively and beyond conventional boundaries.
  • Approaching complex problems with a data mindset, working in a structured manner, and enjoying acquiring proficiency in new topics.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, as well as possess excellent presentation and communication skills in English; other languages are a plus. Able to grasp the strategic big picture while effectively managing the details of the task at hand.
  • Eligible to sign an internship agreement via your University.

Start date: 1st September. 40h/week.
