Help us build the future of Construction TechđȘ Weâre on the lookout for a driven Account Executive to join us at Onetrace, right as we enter an exciting new chapter following our rebrand and bold growth plans. In this role, youâll play a key part in shaping our Business Development strategyâdriving our efforts to bring our platform to new customers across the construction space. Youâll be at the forefront of our growth: building relationships, running demos and showing prospects the real impact Onetrace can have on their dayâtoâday. Weâre an ambitious team of 9, so youâll be handsâon from day one with the freedom to experiment, the support to thrive, and a real opportunity to influence how we sell and scale. If you prefer farming over hunting and inbound over outbound, this role wonât be the right fit. What youâll dođĄ
- Drive KPIs and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead nurturing to pipeline management and closing deals
- Create your own opportunities, from identifying who to target, running your own outreach, including cold calling, to booking the first initial meeting with them
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations to decision makers, addressing key pain points with Onetrace solutions
- Identify and secure accounts with a focus on building trust and longâterm client relationships
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align on product knowledge, lead generation, and goâtoâmarket strategies
- Create sales forecasts, report on performance, and continuously optimise processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Represent the company at industry events while staying current on market trends and competitors
Who you are đŻ
Essential
- Proven experience within the construction tech industry, with a strong understanding of onâtheâground processes, workflows, and siteâbased operations
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, with strong pipeline management and experience closing deals through product demonstrations
- Demonstrable experience generating your own pipeline and running your own outreach cadences
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipâbuilding skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Selfâmotivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fastâpaced startâup environment, both independently and as part of a team
- Resilient and growthâoriented mindset, with the tenacity to win new business and turn challenges into opportunities
- Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail, critical thinking, and effective time management
- Proficient with CRM systems and experienced in using tools to drive sales performance
Desirable
- Proven exposure to and experience with deals ranging from midâmarket to enterprise level
- Experience with Planhat or HubSpot
