We are seeking a skilled Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role involves the creation and management of our online social care and safeguarding procedures for local authorities and independent providers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of children’s and/or adults social care legislation and practice
  • Confidence in using their knowledge to support customers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence in managing an individual caseload
  • Comfort in presenting complex information accurately and articulately in written format

Our procedures are updated in line with legislation, regulations, standards and good practice, therefore you will have an in-depth knowledge of children’s and/or adults social care legislation and practice and be confident contributing to the development of these.

The role includes:

  • Location: Home based (occasional travelling) UK based
  • Hours: Full time (35 hours)
  • Holidays: Starting from 25 days (plus bank holiday)
