Seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team in the role of Area Sales Manager. This role is integral to the success of the company, as it involves interacting with business customers, preparing quotes for construction-based products and services, and contributing to the growth and development of their expanding business. The role includes managing projects from start to finish, including arranging site set-ups and logistics and then invoicing once the projects have completed. This is a two-aspect role which includes periodically travelling the UK to meet and greet customers and growing the client base through identifying and engaging with new customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer engagement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify and engage with potential new clients to expand customer base
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for construction-based products and services
- Complete accurate site surveys of all projects sold to ensure quotations are correct against customers' details
- Project manage all projects, ensuring site set-ups are arranged before works commence and manage logistics of projects to ensure deliveries and collections are organised within deadlines
- Monitor existing projects and advise accounts when projects are complete and can be invoiced
- Be proactive and capable of independent decision-making
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and efficiently
- Research industry trends and market opportunities to identify new areas for business involvement and growth
- Attention to detail and the ability to prepare accurate quotations
Attributes:
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred but not required. Full training will be provided.

Salary: From £40,000.00 - £45,000.00 Per Annum depending on industry experience - OTE £55,000.00+
