Intensive Support Worker | 37 hours p/w | £28,135 | 12-month contract The Role As an Intensive Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting people experiencing entrenched rough sleeping and multiple disadvantage to achieve greater stability and independence. Working alongside the Intensive Support Lead, you will deliver flexible, trauma-informed, and person-centred support, building trusted relationships that help individuals sustain accommodation, overcome barriers, and progress towards their goals at a pace that is right for them.
