Working closely with the Data Manager, you'll help manage and improve data within a Salesforce-based CRM, ensuring reporting is accurate, audit-ready and compliant with regulatory standards, while driving continuous improvements in data quality and business intelligence.
Main Responsibilities Reporting Analysis Analyse datasets across services, housing and rent accounts to identify patterns, trends and insights, including quarterly and year-end reporting.
Produce clear, accessible reports and dashboards to help teams and senior management monitor KPIs, outcomes and performance.
Support the production of data required for board and regulatory reporting, including Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and Consumer Standards evidence.
Support the centralisation of rent, service and tenancy data within In-Form, ensuring information used for reporting is accurate, complete and audit-ready.
