We are looking for a motivated IT Technician to join our clients Desktop Support Team on a temporary 3 month basis. In this role, you will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support, ensuring incidents and service requests are managed efficiently and resolved to a high standard. You will play a key role in supporting end users across the organisation, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring assets and services operate effectively within a regulated ISO environment.
To be considered for this role:
- You will be required to have a minimum of 3 years UK based relevant work experience.
- You must be able to commute easily to Theale.
- You should have previous 1st & 2nd Line experience.
Key Responsibilities:
