Are you a qualified solicitor looking for your next career move? We’re looking for someone with 2+ years’ PQE, or a newly qualified solicitor with a study background in Wills and Probate.

The work
\n
You’ll manage a caseload covering Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters, guiding clients through personal and often complex decisions.

- Provide clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
- Manage matters from initial instruction through to completion.
- Prepare accurate legal documents and maintain organised, compliant files.
- Build trusted relationships through face-to-face and remote appointments.
- Contribute to team objectives and develop opportunities through referrals, professional relationships and networking.

What you’ll bring
\n
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor with private client experience, or an NQ with a study background in Wills and Probate, bringing sound legal knowledge and a thoughtful approach to client care.
\n
You’ll be organised, attentive to detail and able to explain legal matters in plain English. You’ll know when to listen, when to reassure and how to help clients make informed decisions, while working collaboratively and maintaining high professional standards.
