Key Responsibilities:
- Valuing properties and bringing them to market
- Managing the full sales process, including sales progression through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant property legislation
- Supporting and contributing to overall team performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property valuation and listing
- Strong background in residential sales and sales progression
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple transactions, and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach
- Full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle for appointments
- Good IT skills
- Lettings experience is advantageous but not essential
