As the business continues to grow, we're looking for a proactive, organised and detail-focused Case Manager to become a valued member of their team.
This is a key support role, working closely with clients and advisers to ensure both mortgage and protection cases progress smoothly from application through to completion.
You’ll look after applications for both residential and buy-to-let mortgages, as well as life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection, giving you a real variety of cases to get involved in.
To Be Considered, You Must Have At least 2 years' experience in mortgage administration, mortgage case management or a similar financial services support role A strong understanding of the end-to-end mortgage process Previous experience managing protection cases A strong understanding of FCA compliance A minimum of 3 years UK based relevant work experience
