Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service / Car Valeter to join their busy and fast-paced team in Southend-on-Sea on an ongoing temporary basis, with strong potential to become permanent. Role Overview
You’ll play a key part in ensuring vehicles are presented to a high standard while delivering friendly, professional customer service. The position involves a mix of hands-on valeting, customer interaction, and vehicle movement around the site.
Main Duties
- Cleaning, washing, drying, and polishing the exterior of vehicles to a high standard
- Greeting customers, discussing hire services, and providing a professional, friendly experience
- Driving vans around the yard, delivering them to customers, and repositioning vehicles as needed
