3PL Warehouse Manager
Altrincham | up to £50,000 | Mon – Fri 8:30 – 17:30
Join our clients expanding business as a 3PL Warehouse Manager and lead the daily operations of our fast-paced warehouse. You’ll ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of goods while delivering top-tier service to clients. This leadership role offers the chance to shape processes, develop teams, and contribute to strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Maintain accurate inventory using CargoWise WMS; resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Allocate labour, equipment, and space to meet client demands.
- Oversee returns processing and quality control procedures.
- Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff; conduct performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in partnership with H&S Manager.
- Build strong client relationships; provide updates and resolve issues.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs; implement improvements as needed.
- Lead onboarding for new clients and support operational integration.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with IT on tech upgrades and automation initiatives.
What you’ll need
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse/logistics, ideally in a 3PL setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in WMS (CargoWise preferred).
- Solid understanding of health & safety compliance.
- Demonstrated success in improving operations and meeting KPIs.
