We're looking for a Service Delivery Account Assistant to support a portfolio of key clients, ensuring services are planned, delivered, and completed to the highest standard. What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting key accounts and ensuring service delivery meets agreed KPIs
- Coordinating planned works and liaising with operational teams
- Managing customer communication and resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Producing and issuing reports within agreed timescales
- Monitoring contract performance, financials, and work in progress activity
- Organising review meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Working closely with colleagues, subcontractors, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service or account management experience
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience within service delivery, facilities management, compliance services, maintenance, or a similar environment would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
