Whether you have previous assembly experience or simply have a steady hand, good eyesight and a keen eye for detail, full training will be provided!
What you will be doing:
- Assembling small, delicate components
- Working with fine wires and intricate parts
- Soldering, with training provided where needed
- Following detailed assembly instructions
- Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards
What we are looking for:
- Previous manufacturing, production or assembly experience is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent manual dexterity and a steady hand
- Good eyesight and strong attention to detail
- A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work carefully and consistently
What is on offer?
- £12.71 per hour

- A temporary contract with regular reviews and the opportunity to become permanent after a minimum of three months, subject to performance and business needs
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 in the morning to 4:45 in the afternoon.

Important information:
- You must be available to start within one week's notice.
- Good eyesight and excellent manual dexterity are essential due to the precise nature of the work.
- Candidates living locally to Southend-on-Sea are preferred because of the industrial estate location.
- Applicants may be invited to attend a trial session in the factory to assess their suitability for the role.
