Whether you have previous assembly experience or simply have a steady hand, good eyesight and a keen eye for detail, full training will be provided!
What you will be doing:
Assembling small, delicate components
Working with fine wires and intricate parts
Soldering, with training provided where needed
Following detailed assembly instructions
Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards
What we are looking for:
Previous manufacturing, production or assembly experience is beneficial but not essential
Excellent manual dexterity and a steady hand
Good eyesight and strong attention to detail
A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work carefully and consistently

Monday to Friday, 8:00 in the morning to 4:45 in the afternoon.
*Full-time hours only. Part-time hours are not available*

You must be available to start within one week's notice.
Good eyesight and excellent manual dexterity are essential due to the precise nature of the work.
Candidates living locally to Southend-on-Sea are preferred because of the industrial estate location.
Applicants may be invited to attend a trial session in the factory to assess their suitability for the role.
