An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and growing business representing a portfolio of globally recognised fashion and lifestyle brands.

We're looking for a commercially driven, analytical Ecommerce Merchandiser who has developed their expertise within an established, structured retail merchandising team and understands the complete merchandising lifecycle, from seasonal range planning and forecasting through to stock management and in-season trading.

If you love working with numbers, thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment and know how to turn data into successful trading decisions, this could be the perfect next step in your career!

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have:

  • At least 4 years' merchandising experience, ideally within a large, established fashion retailer or high-volume ecommerce business.
  • A strong background in structured retail merchandising, with experience working as part of an established merchandising team.
  • Hands-on WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock & Intake) and OTB (Open-to-Buy) experience.
  • Proven experience in seasonal range planning, forecasting, stock planning and in-season trading.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables and analysing large volumes of data.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to analyse sales performance, identify opportunities and recommend trading actions.
  • Experience managing stock availability, replenishment and inventory performance.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, streetwear and emerging retail trends.
  • Experience gained with a major fashion or ecommerce retailer such as ASOS, Next, River Island or a similar business would be particularly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and a relevant degree would also be beneficial, although not essential.

The Role

Working closely with Buying, Design, Marketing and Operations, you'll play a key role in shaping seasonal product ranges, maximising sales opportunities and ensuring stock is effectively planned and managed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Trading & Performance Analysis: Produce weekly, monthly and seasonal sales, stock and trading reports, identifying trends and commercial opportunities.
  • WSSI & OTB Management: Monitor sales, stock and intake performance, supporting accurate forecasting and effective budget management.
  • Range & Assortment Planning: Develop seasonal assortment plans, identify core and carryover lines and support product selection.
  • Forecasting & Stock Planning: Analyse demand, monitor inventory levels and plan replenishment to optimise product availability.
  • In-Season Trading: Review product performance and recommend stock adjustments, promotions and markdown strategies.
  • Seasonal Reviews: Analyse bestselling and underperforming products to influence future buying and range decisions.
  • Product Launches: Work collaboratively with internal teams to coordinate deliveries, product launches and ecommerce availability.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis: Monitor trends, pricing and promotional activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Why Join?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business working with an exciting portfolio of international fashion and lifestyle brands.

You'll benefit from:

  • Up To £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on qualifications & experience)
  • 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays
  • Additional days holiday between Christmas and New Year if the Directors decide to close the business
  • Standard working hours 8:30am to 5:30pm - 30 min lunch = 40 hours a week
  • 1-day WFH after probation and training at the company’s sole discretion (non-contractual)
  • Workplace Pension Scheme

  • Sample sales 2+ times a year
  • Short Leave – with pre-approval from Line Manager to take up to 2 hours off without deduction from holiday allowance
