Technical Customer Support Coordinator Basildon | Full Time | Temporary until March 2027 | Hybrid We are seeking a proactive and organised Technical Customer Support Coordinator to join a busy Customer Service Technical Support Team, providing administrative, reporting and customer service support across Technical Support and Parts Distribution. This is a full time temporary position offering a varied role within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Technical Support Parts Distribution Teams. Create KPI reports, analyse trends and identify improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports. Manage and analyse data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Monitor recall campaigns and provide weekly updates to management. Follow up on quality reports and coordinate updates with production teams. Manage dealer core returns and ensure outstanding payments are processed. Manage back-orders, stuck orders and late dispatches. Resolve finance invoice queries with dealers and internal teams. Prepare, maintain and distribute daily Excel reports.
