We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service & Operations Executive to join a successful and well-established business working with a portfolio of globally recognised fashion and lifestyle brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries and building strong relationships with major retail customers.
What We're Looking For – Essential Experience
2–3 years' experience in customer service, sales administration or operations within the fashion, apparel, wholesale or retail industry.
Experience working with major UK retailers, ideally including Next, Debenhams, JD Sports or similar high-profile retail accounts.
Experience managing customer orders, including order processing, order confirmations, stock allocation and delivery coordination.
Strong IT skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn ERP systems quickly.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience within a fashion wholesale or branded consumer goods environment would be particularly advantageous.
