We are seeking a proactive and organised Technical Customer Support Coordinator to join a busy Customer Service Technical Support Team, providing administrative, reporting and customer service support across Technical Support and Parts Distribution. This is a full time temporary position offering a varied role within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Technical Support & Parts Distribution Teams.
- Create KPI reports, analyse trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
- Manage and analyse data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor recall campaigns and provide weekly updates to management.
- Follow up on quality reports and coordinate updates with production teams.
- Manage dealer core returns and ensure outstanding payments are processed.
- Manage back-orders, stuck orders and late dispatches.
- Resolve finance invoice queries with dealers and internal teams.
- Prepare, maintain and distribute daily Excel reports.
- Manage delivery and collection queries between dealers and carriers.
- Liaise with Technical Support, Parts, Logistics, Sales and dealer network teams.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous customer service, administration or technical support experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience using Qlik Sense and/or DMS systems is desirable.
- Experience with data management and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong B2B customer service skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated and confident working under pressure.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Basic understanding of the automotive industry.
Job Details:
- Full-time Temporary until March 2027
- Monday–Friday 37.5 hours a week
