We are seeking a reliable, hands on Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment, supporting quality production while maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Follow processing instructions and quality standards accurately.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, housekeeping and health & safety.
• Support warehouse and administrative duties when required.
• Work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
• Complete additional duties as required by management.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or food production experience is desirable.
• Comfortable working with machinery and following set processes.
• Reliable, hardworking and safety conscious.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Positive team player with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Flexible and willing to support where required.

Job Details:

• 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm Shift pattern (40 Hours a Week)
• 13 Weeks Temp to Perm
• Basildon Location
• £27,000 PA (£12.98 per hour)
