We welcome reputed finance professionals and M&A advisors to become Independent Dealmakers in our International M&A Network. A whole back office will back members and have the support of M&A specialists. ONEtoONE Corporate Finance Group is an International Investment Bank specializing in M&A advisory for the middle market. We serve over 150 independent M&A advisors in 50+ cities worldwide focused on global mid-market transactions.
Members of our Network (independent advisors) use our M&A tools, International Investment Banking Umbrella, Global Network of peers, and back office support of deal originators, analysts, target finders, marketing assistants, lawyers, IT, and other specialists devoted to generating deals for each dealmaker. Members of the Network increase their income by amplifying their capabilities thanks to back-office resources and by joining forces with a team of Industry Experts and M&A colleagues globally. ONEtoONE’s M&A advanced tools, back office, and Network help Dealmakers maximize their income by finding, attracting, and closing more and better deals.
Your Profile:
- Has over 10 years of experience in financial services, private equity, or M&A.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, persuasive, resilient, and results driven.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent command of English.
- Technical expertise in Finance.
- Strongly interested in analyzing transactions, evaluating strategic opportunities, and valuing companies.
- Teamwork-driven.
- Over 15 years of experience as a Senior Executive.
- Clear sector-specific expertise.
