Opportunity
We're looking for hospitality experts to join our Shoreditch kitchen team.
Our teams work hard to produce seasonal menus working with some of London's best suppliers (Natoora, Shrub, Flock & Herd, Wild Farmed, Fin & Flounder).
Our goal is to be 0% waste in our kitchens and with this in mind we are always trying to establish outside of the box thinking and waste mitigation techniques.
Currently running at 2-3%, we achieve this through fermenting pickling and reusing our bi-waste where possible.
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of senior kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and eagerness to continue learning, to work alongside our highly motivated and enthusiastic team.
