About the Role
This is a maternity cover position for someone who can hit the ground running.
You will work closely with our Head of Marketing, taking real ownership of day‑to‑day marketing activity across our UK business, spanning D2C ecommerce, B2B wholesale and hospitality sites.
You’ll bring solid marketing experience and be comfortable owning a varied remit from day one, managing a content calendar, running social media channels and contributing to strategy as well as execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the content calendar and social media output across Instagram, Tik Tok and Linked In, shooting and editing content, monitoring emerging trends, and writing, editing and curating content across email, website, printed collateral and other digital channels.
- Act as a brand guardian across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency, quality and brand compliance.
- Manage automated CRM flows and regular newsletter communications, contributing to testing plans to improve open rates, click‑throughs and conversion.
- Support the planning and execution of Ozone events and brand collaborations in the UK, coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth day‑of execution.
- Support the planning and execution of campaigns across all verticals (promotions, product launches, brand partnerships), coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to stay on brief, on time and within budget.
- Pull and present monthly performance reports covering social, email, website and campaign activity, proactively sharing insights.
- Take meaningful workstreams off the Head of Marketing’s plate and contribute to strategic conversations.

Qualifications
- At least 3‑4 years of marketing experience, with a track record of managing social media and content independently.
- Comfortable shooting and editing your own content, with a creative eye, strong attention to detail and awareness of emerging trends.
- Confident working across multiple channels and understanding how they work together.
- Experience running campaigns end‑to‑end, comfortable with performance reporting, and good working knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Some experience with event coordination is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently while bringing a collaborative, positive energy to the team, taking ownership, communicating clearly and driving momentum.
