About the Senior Customer Success Manager, Demand UK Role
After enjoying significant success, Onetag is now scaling internationally in both Europe and the US and is now looking to hire a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Demand Customer Success team in the UK.
As the Senior Customer Success Manager, you will report to the Global Head of Customer Success and will join a rapidly scaling team. You will collaborate with the Demand Sales team to build deep, long term relationships with agencies and brands who leverage Onetag technology and services for transacting their brand’s campaigns via Enhanced Open Auction, PMPs & curation deals. You will manage all aspects of the pre and post-sale process. This includes building premium inventory & data segments, creating private marketplace (PMP) deals, managing deals and reporting, troubleshooting, and post-campaign performance analyses.
What You’ll Do:
Working in an ad tech startup means that things often change and we adapt to the growing and changing needs of the business. We expect the below to be the bulk of the role, but this may change over time:
- Manage the pre- and post-sale process – including onboarding, deal management, post campaign performance analyses and upselling
- Collaborate with the Demand Sales Team to build, create and launch high-performing premium PMP & curation deals
- Troubleshoot issues and manage technical support for all curators and data partners/agencies
- Assist the Demand Sales team during client meetings and act as the technical subject matter expert on the Onetag solution
- Be the main day to day point of contact for clients to answer questions, deliver performance requests
- Help deliver the Demand Sales team’s revenue goal through deal transactions and relationship building
- Respond to all client requests in a timely and acceptable fashion
Skills You’ll Have:
- Demonstrable experience of programmatic within either Customer Success or Account Management within an ad tech business
- Excellent client manner, building relationships & overcoming challenges positively
- Strong knowledge of programmatic activations via SSPs (PMPs, curation, open auction packages), DSPs (campaign management, troubleshooting) & integrations via Pre Bid, Google OB, Amazon TAM
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (we use Hubspot)
