One Stop is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to join our team in Hinckley and Bosworth. You will run duty shifts, coordinate a team, and ensure a clean, well-presented store that meets customers’ needs. You will also drive safe, efficient operations and model excellent customer service on the shop floor.
You’ll coach colleagues, monitor store performance, and act as the store’s keyholder to support safety, timely decision-making, and a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
