We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to act as the first point of contact for prospective One Stop retailers, managing enquiries, supporting store onboarding and launches, maintaining accurate records, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • I am the first point of contact for retailers interested in joining One Stop by phone, email and the website.
  • I ensure the prospective retailers meet our criteria.
  • I log enquiries on a shared document and update recruiters on new enquiries, ensuring information is correct and kept up to date.
  • I order and pack equipment for ‘store in a box’ including laminating documents, organising uniforms and ordering point of sale for new stores.
  • I process store creates, closures and transfers and communicate these with the relevant colleagues.
  • I action the standard rebate scores each month and share these with the finance team.
  • I book hotels for colleagues and franchisees where applicable.
  • I action any changes to the all-store list.
  • I support the wider support and community teams with a variety of tasks that enable them to perform more effectively.
  • I review and support with the monthly franchise news document.
  • I deal with all POP requests.

Qualifications:

  • Building trust with Franchisees and colleagues.
  • Effective Communication - representing the business professionally.
  • PC Literate.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • An understanding of store procedures and operations.
  • Organised and methodical.
  • Has an understanding of Hubspot.
