The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 € per year.
This role is responsible for translating business strategy into clear, actionable change plans that deliver meaningful impact across the organisation. You will project and programme manage medium to high-impact initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across Head Office and Retail to ensure successful delivery and adoption. With a strong focus on planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement, you will drive improvements that enhance the customer proposition, simplify processes for colleagues, and deliver cost efficiencies. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with defined objectives, while proactively managing risks and maintaining clear communication across the business.
Responsibilities
- Translate the business strategy into an actionable business change plan with clear accountabilities and business cases.
- Project manage the mid to high impact Business plan change(s), across Head Office functions with clear stakeholder engagement and governance, coordinating with Heads of Retail, Area Managers and stores to land change and manage operational impacts.
- Programme manage using an approved way of working and facilitate the delivery of our business plan projects.
- Deliver an improved proposition for customers, simpler systems for colleagues or cheaper processes for One Stop.
- Ensure we have clear, detailed plans with well-defined timelines, clear RACIs and strong management of milestones, actions and risk management.
- Keep our plans on track and ensure we meet deadlines and milestones.
- Build communications plans that keep the business updated on progress versus our plans.
- Manage the delivery of plans within agreed budgets/costs.
- Manage Project Teams across each project, working closely with the key WL2s and WL3s for each plan.
- Ensure the aims/benefits of the project(s) are met/realised.
- Support other functional projects by sharing knowledge/advice on project management.
- Manage and conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure safety and health.
