One Stop is recruiting a Franchise Launch Support Manager to drive the successful transition and launch of franchise stores, ensuring on-time openings, legal compliance, and retail standards. You will deliver training, drive compliance, and work cross-functionally to minimise risk and enable strong store performance.
In this role you will support Epos go-live and off-site training programs, conduct closure visits, and ensure franchisees sign off on EPOS training while meeting operating manual.
