The predicted salary is between 28800 - 42000 £ per year.

You will be responsible for inbound and outbound opportunity identification and qualification for enterprise, and mid market segments for the UKI region and the Netherlands. As the other SDRs in the team, you are held accountable by daily activity and call metrics along with monthly/quarterly quotas.

We are looking for a passionate, and well-organised sales development representative with experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or retail. A passion for retail tech combined with grit and tenacity will be the key to succeeding in our fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team in your region to develop the best strategy to penetrate your market.

  • Identify the key personas in each company who would be influential in an OMS deal.

  • Adapt existing content and cadences to generate engagement with key stakeholders and gather information to qualify the potential opportunity.

  • Ensure proper handover of the opportunity to the sales and pre-sales teams.

  • Respond to requests from inbound leads in a timely manner and conduct qualification calls.

  • You are a natural born salesperson

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in demand gen or cold call sales in Enterprise and Midmarket software, SaaS, retail or logistics

  • Deep understanding of the UKI & NE market is required. Fluency in Dutch is a significant advantage.

  • A history of consistently hitting targets

  • Solid communications skills – both verbal and written

  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills

  • Competitive nature – should be eager to learn and win
