Our client is a family‑owned and managed business that provides sales, service and parts support for AGCO derived products. They are looking for a service technician to join their busy aftersales team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will work out of their premises in Warsop, Nottinghamshire. You will be part of an aftersales team responsible for delivering premium support to all of their customers. The team’s challenge is to deliver the best customer care and enable growth.

The service technician role will be to maintain, diagnose and repair the full range of plant equipment supplied. While based in Warsop, the role requires mobile support to customers at their locations.

Requirements:

  • Engineering experience in Agricultural, Plant, FLT or MHE machinery repair.
  • A background in Construction Machinery or Access equipment.
  • A strong understanding of Engines, Hydraulic and Electronic principles.
  • Knowledge and experience using laptop‑based Diagnostic Equipment.
  • A full clean UK Driving licence.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A can‑do attitude that wants to progress and grow with a business.
