Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding payroll services support.
- Monitor tickets daily to ensure service levels and client satisfaction are met.
- Manage timely resolution of customer issues, including escalations, root cause analysis, and remediation to close gaps.
- Directly contact customers to initiate and maintain client relationships.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for managed payroll clients.
- Attend scheduled weekly, monthly, and quarterly client calls and new client transition meetings.
- Provide training to newly implemented clients on Workday and OSV Payroll Processing.
- Assist with configuration of pay components and reports for client use.
- Assist with testing for newly implemented clients as applicable.
- Interface with clients to identify and resolve all payroll processing issues.
- Lead or support special projects as assigned by management.
- Serve as the main point of contact through payroll deployments and cutover to managed services.
Qualifications
- Education/Certification: Associate's degree required; CIPP Certified Payroll Professional certification required (at time of hire or within 6 months).
- Experience: 3+ years of payroll experience.
- Skills: Strong customer service, professional demeanor with challenging customers, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, able to work independently in a team, good written and verbal communication, ability to build cross-functional relationships, expert level MS Word and Excel.
- Other: Background checks are conducted for all successful candidates (credit reference and basic criminal record checks among educational and employment checks).
