As a Field Service Specialist with oneservice, you'll help our customers solve problems and enable scientists to make ground-breaking discoveries that improve quality of life. Your work will provide valuable insights and ensure laboratories operate smoothly and efficiently.

We’re looking for you: We are seeking someone eager to continuously learn and driven to understand and resolve customer issues. You'll provide excellent customer service to support and contribute to the success of our clients. You should be located around Bristol to London.
- Provide technical and application support to customers and colleagues in the life science field, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, energy, R&D, environmental, and biomedical sectors.
- Field Service work in Ireland and possibly in Europe, assisting customers with various product solutions.
- Work with small and large chromatography systems in pharmaceutical environments.
- Install and optimize hardware/software/network products, perform maintenance and repairs, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Train users on configuration, and optimal use of the advanced features of our systems and software.
- Participate regularly in high-quality training to stay up-to-date with our products.
- Utilize the oneservice Mobile solution for effective information sharing and to increase efficiency.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, representing oneservice positively in all customer interactions.
Our offer: A home-based role with approximately 80% travel, typically four days per week away from home, occasionally with overnight stays (company car provided, also for private use). What you bring: A degree in a science or engineering discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology). Experience in service and support in a similar position in Life Science or Diagnostics or Medical Device Industry. Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and method development is a benefit. Problem-solving skills and experience with instrument data analysis software. Motivation to learn, enjoy working remotely, and visiting customers on-site. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and process-oriented, ensuring quality standards and aligning customer expectations with business needs.
