About you
- Have a strong understanding of organisational priorities and the role that high-quality communications play in delivering them.
- Be a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing clear, pragmatic communications and change management advice.
- Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, comfortable creating content as well as shaping direction.
- Be highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Build strong relationships across functions and regions, influencing positively at all levels.
- Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, processes and outcomes.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a UK annual communications plan aligned to the Global Communications strategy.
- Lead and oversee regional internal communications, ensuring messages are clear, timely, accurate and engaging.
- Create and manage content for global and regional channels including website, social media, newsletters, intranet and internal platforms.
- Provide communications and change management support to regional leaders and project teams.
- Identify and support positive regional PR opportunities, working with Global Communications and PR partners.
- Support external marketing activity, including recruitment campaigns and regional initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, Education and Operations teams to support engagement and organisational priorities.
- Ensure all communications meet brand standards and comply with GDPR, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
- Manage regional communications and marketing budgets and measure effectiveness of activity.
