We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile IT Support Analyst to join our IT team on a full-time, permanent basis. Covering campuses across South West England and Wales, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a customer-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional IT support. As a Mobile IT Support Analyst, you'll travel regularly between campuses providing onsite technical support to staff and students, while also supporting remote requests when offsite activities allow. You'll work with a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Exchange, Windows devices, networking equipment and classroom technology, ensuring our campuses remain connected and operational. You'll be supported by a wider team of Mobile IT Support Analysts and colleagues based at our Regional Support Office in Warwick.
