We’re excited to welcome a Campus Administrator and Exams support to our friendly Maidstone Campus team. This is a permanent opportunity, working term time plus two weeks. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping the campus running smoothly, providing high-quality administrative support across departments while delivering a professional and approachable service to colleagues, students, and visitors.

About You:

  • Experience in an administrative or reception‑based role, with confident use of Microsoft Office and ideally systems such as BROMCOM.
  • A highly organised and proactive approach, with the ability to manage your workload, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a warm, professional manner when engaging with staff, students, and visitors.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively, using initiative while following processes and maintaining high standards.
  • A clear understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, and data protection within an education setting.
  • Adaptable, reliable, and positive in your approach, with a commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to an inclusive environment.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
