We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team, supporting campuses across the UK and Ireland. This role combines hands-on employee relations work with strong stakeholder partnering, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied, fast-paced environment. You’ll work on a hybrid basis, travelling 2–3 days per week to our Warwick Head Office (relocating to Bedworth, Coventry in September 2026) and campuses.
