We are hiring a HR Business Partner to support campuses across the UK and Ireland, delivering practical, hands‑on HR support and leading on complex employee relations matters.

This is a hybrid role, with travel (2–3 days per week) to our Head Office in Warwick (moving to Bedworth, Coventry – September 2026) and regional sites.

About you

  • Strong generalist HR experience with ER focus
  • Experience in multi‑site environments

Key responsibilities

  • Lead on employee relations casework across multiple locations
  • Partner with Campus Principals and senior leaders to deliver practical HR support
  • Advise and coach managers through formal and informal HR processes
  • Build strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships across sites
  • Support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Travel regularly to campuses to support casework and engagement activity
