We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our friendly, forward-thinking team, supporting campuses across the UK and Ireland. This is a genuinely exciting time to join OneSchool Global. We are evolving our people practices, introducing new processes and procedures, and driving forward a progressive, change-oriented HR function. You will play a key role in shaping and embedding this approach across a multi-site organisation. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is open to new ways of working, and enjoys building strong, effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Location and Travel
This is a hybrid position requiring regular travel 2–3 days per week, dictated by business need. Travel will include:
- Head Office (currently Warwick, relocating to Coventry in 2026)
- Campuses across: Northampton, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland
Travel is an essential part of the role, enabling you to build relationships, support leaders on-site, and deliver an effective HR service across the UK region.
What you’ll do
- Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability
- Provide hands-on HR support to leaders across multiple campuses
- Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders
