Learning Support Assistant in Hindhead

We have an opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Hindhead Campus on a full‑time, permanent basis from January 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and teaching across the curriculum, particularly for pupils with SEND.
• Assist in planning, reviewing and delivering the curriculum (either as 1:1 or in small groups).
• Provide pupil health, safety, welfare and emotional and behavioural support.
• Ensure that SEND support aligns with the school’s Self‑Directed Learning philosophy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
• Understanding of special educational needs as defined in the SEN Code of Practice.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent knowledge, experience and skills (desirable).
