We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Depute with responsibility for Raising Attainment to join our exceptional Caledonia North team on a full-time, permanent basis. The primary objective is to provide strategic professional leadership and management to establish a secure foundation from which to achieve high standards in all areas of the school. Additionally, the Depute will serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead / Child Protection Coordinator and Deputy Exams Officer. The position is ideal for candidates with experience in Child Protection or those with a strong interest in developing expertise in this area. Comprehensive training and support will be provided by a specialist mentor. The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a thorough understanding of and experience in pedagogical coaching including lesson observations and feedback. You will have successful experience in senior leadership and a strong understanding of Child Protection. You will need to be comfortable stepping away from traditional classroom teaching practices, to embrace modern teaching methods and technologies including video conferencing and online resources.
