We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is hybrid working with regular travel to our Head Office in Warwick as well as our Campuses: Biggleswade, Colchester, Hindhead, Kenley, Maidstone and Swaffham.
Skills and Experience:
- Have experience within a busy generalist HR role and managing complex casework
- Have experience in a regulated sector with strong Trade Union presence
- Have up to date knowledge of employment law, making commercial HR decisions and knowledge of Data Protection and Confidentiality
- Be CIPD Level 7 qualified, Postgraduate level HR qualification or equivalent experience (5 years minimum)
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge and application of HR and employment changes
- Set an example of positive personal integrity and professionalism, with positive, appropriate and effective communications and relationships at all levels

Key responsibilities:
- To work in positive proactive collaboration with campus sites and senior teams to support the management and resolution of employee relations matters
- To deliver a full range of generalist HR services to allocated sites supporting all stages of the employment life cycle
- Deliver the regional and global HR strategy, through planning, creation and implementation of projects as and when assigned
- Engagement with campuses, through regular visits to the respective campus site, to develop close collaborative working with various stakeholders including Campus Principals, Line Managers, Campus senior teams, Campus Administration/Governance Teams, Regional Principals, Senior Directors and Management
- In conjunction with the HR Policy Lead review and update HR Policy and procedure working with others to ensure alignment in other areas of the organisation
- Write and present information briefings / reports on a range of HR related topics as and when required
- Manage a busy caseload of various complex casework and various HR related matters
- Attend sites on a regular basis to support the resolution of various HR matters or to deliver face to face meetings and updates
- Provide a comprehensive range of employee relations guidance, advice and support- grievance, disciplinary, absence, capability etc
- Proactively and closely support the management and resolution of all employment and HR related matters, in accordance with policy and legislation requirements
- Coach and support managers at all levels in all matters of managing staff on both informal and formal matters as required
- Providing advice and undertake a lead role in structural reviews and organisational change processes
- Providing management advice and assistance on policies, procedures, legislation and similar.
