Are you an experienced Business Teacher ready to take the next step into a wider leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Head of Department in Business to lead and develop the Business curriculum across OneSchool Global UK. This is a key role focused on driving high standards in teaching, learning, and student outcomes across multiple campuses.

As Regional Head of Department for Business, you will take ownership of the subject across all campuses, working closely with Campus Principals and teaching colleagues to ensure consistency, quality, and strong outcomes at both GCSE and Post-16. You will play a key role in shaping curriculum delivery, supporting teachers, and driving continuous improvement across the subject area. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will continue to teach, delivering high-quality lessons through our virtual learning model while being based on campus.

About You

  • A qualified teacher with strong subject knowledge in Business
  • Proven experience delivering strong outcomes at GCSE and/or Post-16
  • Experience in a leadership role (e.g. Head of Department, Lead Teacher, or similar)
  • Confident supporting and developing other teachers to improve practice
  • Comfortable using data to drive performance and inform decisions
  • A collaborative leader who can influence across multiple sites
  • Passionate about teaching and committed to improving student outcomes
