We are seeking a committed and proactive Teaching Assistants to join our Kenley Campus on a full time, term time only basis. The role is available due to the progression of another staff member. This role will be supporting pupils within a small class setting to access learning, build confidence, and make meaningful progress across the curriculum. Support teaching and learning across the curriculum, including SEND provision Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group support to reinforce learning objectives Promote independence, positive behaviour, and pupil engagement Assist with preparation of learning resources and classroom organisation Contribute to a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
