OneSchool Global UK is seeking an experienced Governance and Reporting Manager to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance team. You will act as Secretary to the UK Board and its Committees, ensuring governance processes, meeting administration, reporting and regulatory compliance.
You will lead programmes in Policy Management, Reputational Risk and Conflicts of Interest, translating complex requirements into practical actions and delivering governance reporting to senior leaders and the Board.
