Are you an experienced education leader with a passion for inclusion and ensuring every student can thrive? OneSchool Global UK has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Student Support to join our Regional Education Management Team, providing strategic oversight of SEND and inclusive practice across all UK campuses. Reporting to the Regional Director of Education and working as a key member of the Regional Education Management Team, you will shape and lead a coherent national approach to student support and inclusive education. This role is primarily remote, with travel to our Head Office in Warwick and visits to our 23 campuses as required to provide visible leadership and collaboration across the region. You will ensure that provision for learners with additional needs is ambitious, evidence-informed and closely aligned with high-quality teaching and learning. This is a highly visible, system level leadership role where you will influence practice across multiple campuses, develop specialist capability and ensure that inclusion is embedded as a core dimension of educational excellence.

You are a strategic, values-led education leader who combines strong SEND expertise with the ability to influence, challenge and inspire others. You have a deep understanding of inclusive education and how high-quality teaching drives outcomes for learners with additional needs. You are confident operating at a system level, shaping strategy and leading improvement across multiple sites. You can demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills, building high-performing teams and holding others accountable for impact. You can use data, insight and evidence to inform decisions and drive sustainable improvement. You can balance compassion with rigour, ensuring both high expectations and appropriate support for students. You are able to communicate clearly and credibly with senior leaders, principals, staff, families and external partners. You are highly organised and resilient, able to manage competing priorities in a complex environment. You align naturally with OneSchool Global’s ethos, values and commitment to safeguarding.

Key responsibilities:
- Design and lead the UK-wide strategy for SEND and inclusive education, aligned to educational priorities and statutory requirements.
- Provide system leadership for student support, ensuring consistent, high-quality provision across all campuses.
- Lead and develop the Regional SENDCo (RSENDCo) team, building capability and driving professional excellence.
- Oversee identification of need, quality of provision and impact of support for learners with additional needs.
- Hold strategic responsibility for the national SEND budget, ensuring ethical, needs-led and sustainable use of resources.
- Monitor compliance with SEND legislation and statutory frameworks, providing assurance and risk oversight.
- Act as the point of escalation for complex or high-risk student support cases.
- Partner with Teaching & Learning, Safeguarding and Campus leaders to embed inclusive classroom practice and curriculum access.
- Use data, audits and reviews to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with families, external agencies and regulators where required.
